AI automation that removes real work
We use AI where it takes a recurring job off someone's plate, with a person checking anything that matters.
Your people should spend their time on judgment calls, clients and the work you hired them for. The software should handle the rest.
What we build
Workflow Automation
Stop copy-pasting between tools. We connect your systems so data is entered once and shows up everywhere it is needed.
Client workInvoices created and sent the moment a job closes. LMS Entertainment
Document Handling That Runs Itself
Incoming documents read, sorted and routed without anyone retyping them. Your team handles the exceptions, not the routine.
For exampleSupplier invoices read, matched to the order, and queued for a person to approve.
Live Monitoring
Know when something breaks before your clients do, with alerts on the numbers that actually move your business.

Custom-Built Tools
When packaged software makes you work around it, we build what fits how your team actually works.
For exampleAn internal tool that turns a five-tab spreadsheet routine into one screen.

drop in AR aging, first month
An automated billing pipeline wired to job completion. When a job closes, the invoice generates and sends itself. No one has to remember, and no one has to re-key anything.

How we build
Automation without guardrails is just faster chaos. Here's what we won't compromise on.
Human-in-the-Loop
AI does the first pass; a person decides anything that matters. Nothing reaches a client or an agency without a human check unless you choose otherwise.
Guardrails First
Every automation has a fallback. Exceptions get flagged to a person, not buried, and you can see what ran and when.
Your Data, Your Accounts
Access is limited to the people and systems that need it. We work inside accounts you control where possible and document where your data goes.
Questions owners ask us about AI
Will AI replace my staff?
That's not how we use it. We use AI for the repetitive part of a job, like reading a document or drafting an update, so your people spend their time on judgment and clients. In our client work it has moved people off admin, not out of the business.
Is our data safe?
Access stays limited to the people and systems that need it, we work inside accounts you control where possible, and you decide which tools your data goes through. We are not a compliance advisor; if you are regulated, your requirements set the rules and we build to them.
What does an AI agent actually do in a business our size?
Usually something narrow and repetitive: reading incoming documents and pulling out the fields, answering routine questions from your own information, or drafting a status update for a person to send. The useful ones are boring, and a person reviews anything that matters.
Do we need new software for this?
Rarely. Most of what we build runs inside the tools you already pay for, connected so data moves without anyone retyping it. When nothing off the shelf fits, we build it.
Where should we start?
With the most repetitive job someone on your team dislikes. Something that happens daily, takes real time, and goes wrong often enough to cost you is almost always a better first project than anything flashy.
