We started HAR Labs because we knew the problem from the inside: the late nights fixing what should have been automated, the hours lost to manual processes nobody had time to untangle, and knowing there was a better way.

The Common Thread
Between the two of us, we've worked inside agencies, SaaS companies, consulting firms and large enterprises. Those companies had operations teams whose whole job was making the systems work. Most businesses don't have one, and the owner ends up doing that job at night.
So we bring that experience to the businesses that need it most. Our clients so far include a home-service business, two event and entertainment companies, and a customs and trade-logistics firm. In every one of them, growth had outrun the systems.
