We've Been in the Chaos. That's Why We Fix It.
HAR Labs was founded by two operators who spent years inside organizations where growth outpaced the systems meant to support it. Different industries, different roles — same pattern every time: good businesses held back by bad operations.
We started HAR Labs because we knew the problem from the inside out. Not from a textbook. Not from a pitch deck. From the late nights fixing what should have been automated, the hours lost to manual processes that nobody had time to untangle, and the frustration of knowing there was a better way.
Hugo
Co-Founder
Software, SaaS, education, and sales — Hugo has built and scaled operations across industries where "move fast" usually meant "break everything." After years of watching growing companies suffocate under their own processes, he decided to stop watching and start fixing.
Rico
Co-Founder
Large-scale consulting, enterprise operations, and the kind of organizations where a bad process can cost seven figures before anyone notices. Rico has spent years inside companies of every size, diagnosing what's broken and building systems that actually hold up under pressure. He brings the structured thinking that turns "we need to fix this" into a plan with milestones.
The Common Thread
Between the two of us, we've worked across agencies, SaaS companies, consulting firms, and enterprise organizations. Different worlds — same wound. Businesses growing faster than their operations can keep up. Teams buried in admin instead of doing the work that actually moves the needle. Tools everywhere, clarity nowhere.
We didn't start HAR Labs to sell software. We started it because we're operationally wired — and we believe that when operations work, everything else gets easier.
What We Stand On
Operator-First
We've sat in the chair. We've inherited the broken spreadsheet. We build for the people doing the actual work — not the people buying software they'll never open.
Radical Honesty
If we're not the right fit, we'll say so. If your problem has a simpler fix than what we'd charge for, we'll tell you that too. Trust is the only currency that compounds.
Simple > Complex
The best system is the one people actually use. We'd rather build three things that work than ten things that collect dust. Overengineering is just chaos in a nicer outfit.
We'll talk to anyone. We'll be honest about fit. And if we can help, we'll show you exactly how.
