Who We Are
HAR Labs (HARLabs, LLC) provides operations consulting, workflow automation and AI, and custom software. Our website is harlabs.io and you can reach us at hello@harlabs.io.
What We Collect
Information you give us:
- Contact form: your name, email and message, plus anything optional you choose to add: company, phone number, company size, and how you heard about us.
- Newsletter signup: your email address.
- Manual Tax Calculator: if you ask us to email your breakdown, your email address and the numbers you entered (process name, how often it runs, time per run, hourly rate, error rate) and the results.
- Free downloads: your email address and which resource you asked for.
- Discovery call booking: your name, email, the time you pick and anything you add to the booking form, through the Cal.com scheduler on our contact page.
Information collected automatically:
- How you found us: the first page you landed on, the website that referred you (the domain only), campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters), and whether you came from a paid Google ad. We keep this in your browser and send it to us only if you submit the contact form.
- Site analytics: pages visited, time on site, referral source, device type, browser and approximate location (city or country), via Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Web Analytics. For forms we record that one was started or submitted, plus any option you picked from a list (such as company size or how you heard about us). Nothing you type into a text field goes to analytics.
How We Use It
- To reply to your message or prepare for a call you booked
- To email the calculator breakdown or download you asked for
- To send our email series: signing up, asking for a calculator breakdown, or requesting a download starts five short emails over about two weeks. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
- To see which pages and channels bring people to us, so we can improve the site
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.
Who Processes It
These services handle data on our behalf:
- Supabase: stores form submissions and signups, and runs our email functions
- Resend: delivers our emails to you and form notifications to us
- Google Analytics 4: site usage analytics
- Vercel: website hosting and Web Analytics (page-view counts)
- Cal.com: discovery call scheduling and booking confirmations
Each service has its own privacy policy. We host our fonts ourselves, so loading a page does not contact Google Fonts.
Cookies and Browser Storage
Google Analytics sets first-party cookies to count visits. Vercel Web Analytics uses no cookies. The booking scheduler on our contact page is served by Cal.com and may set its own cookies when it loads. We also store small items in your browser: how you first arrived and when (replaced after 90 days), how this visit started (cleared when you close the tab), and, if you use the Automation Priority Scorer, the processes you list, which stay in your browser and are never sent to us. We use no advertising cookies. You can clear or block all of these in your browser settings.
Do Not Track
There is no common standard for browser "Do Not Track" signals, so the site does not change its behavior when it receives one. To stop Google Analytics on every site you visit, use Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions, signups, calculator requests and download requests are kept until you ask us to delete them. Google Analytics keeps event and user-level data for 14 months, the longest setting it offers.
Children
harlabs.io is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Your Rights
You can ask us to:
- Send you a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correct or delete it
- Stop emailing you (or use the unsubscribe link in any email)
Email hello@harlabs.io and we will respond within 30 days.
Changes
We may update this policy as our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version, and material changes will be noted on this page.
